Job summary

Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park in Erie, PA is seeking energetic Guest Services, Retail, and Party Attendants who can greet guests, sell admissions, arcade cards, lockers, and attraction passes, and help direct party groups with enthusiasm.

You will inform guests about attractions and rules, operate the POS, stock displays, maintain clean gift shop areas, and coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure happy, safe experiences, even during busy weekend shifts.

• Multitasking between guest needs and assisting others.
• Able to communicate effectively with the public and staff.

• Flexible to weekend availability and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Sell admission, arcade cards, lockers, and attraction passes to guests.
• Provide information about attractions, amenities, and rules.
• Record details of repairs and ride shutdown information.
• Announce or describe attractions to entice guests to games and entertainment on PA systems.
• Greet party guests and guide them to appropriate areas.
• Stock the gift shop and set up displays to promote sales.
• Operate a POS station and cash out items accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of party areas and assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Communicate with guests and other employees regarding merchandise and guest needs.
