Guest Services Representative / Night Auditor

Position Summary

• Guest Services Representative: Establish rapport, provide excellent service, resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Night Auditor: Serve as front desk agent overnight, reconcile transactions, support resort operations.

Essential Functions

GSR

• Greet guests, facilitate check-in/out, handle calls and emails professionally.
• Complete shift checklists, coordinate with staff, manage cash drawer, maintain environment, prepare specialty coffee.

NA

• Register guests, provide facility info, handle inquiries, perform check-in/out, and complete audits accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of front desk experience in hospitality preferred; night audit experience is a plus.
