About the role

• Guest Services team members will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for community members and visitors. This part‑time role focuses on parking management, traffic flow, and hospitality support during high‑traffic times and events.

What you'll do

• Direct vehicles and manage traffic flow in designated parking areas.
• Operate a golf cart to shuttle guests from overflow parking.
• Provide assistance and directions to community members and visitors.
• Collaborate with Facility Assistants, Hospitality, and Parking teams.
• Support Friday (Jumuah) operations and announcements as needed.
