Responsibilities

• Transport linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to housekeeping staff and guest rooms as needed.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet and meeting rooms according to event specifications.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or assistance with luggage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, corridors, and service elevators.
• Support the maintenance team by reporting any facility issues or safety hazards observed during rounds.
• Collaborate with front desk and concierge staff to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when restocking is required.
