The role involves collaboration with the Senior Guest Services Manager and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to the front-end team while maintaining high guest service standards.
• Assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services, self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect and parking lot areas.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
