Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.
• Experience in grocery, retail, or customer service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist guests with bagging groceries and offer carryout service.
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot and maintain a safe, clean exterior area.
• Keep entrances, checkout areas, and common spaces clean and welcoming.
• Support front-end operations by assisting cashiers and responding to guest needs promptly.
• Stock, rotate, and face products to maintain presentation and availability.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Develop knowledge of store products, locations, and services to assist guests.
• Report safety or cleanliness concerns to leadership.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support operations.
• Collaborate across departments to support store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies including attendance and dress code.
