Residence Inn by Marriott in North Conway, NH seeks a Front Desk Agent for a full-time role with AM/PM shifts and weekend availability. Earn $18 per hour and enjoy DailyPay earning-on-demand plus a referral incentive of up to $500.

As the first point of contact, you will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, collect payments, and help with requests while upholding hotel policies and delivering exceptional service. Benefits include growth opportunities and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Hotel experience is a plus but NOT required.
• Reliability.
• Attention to detail.
• FOSSE knowledge a plus but NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with all guests.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensure proper payment is received, special requests are noted & fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
• Answer the phone in a professional & helpful manner.
• Follow procedures on posting charges and settling guest accounts.
• Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Hotel policies.
• Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts.
