The Woodruff Arts Center seeks a Guest Services Coordinator to provide outstanding service at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's Box Office. This part-time position requires excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, engaging directly with patrons to ensure a welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and the ability to work nights and weekends based on the performance schedule.

Temporary/Part timeThe Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests visiting the Woodruff Arts Center’s campus as well as its employees while maintaining the Box Office. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, answering questions, guiding them to their destinations on campus, processing ticketing, and distributing Will Call. The Box Office Associate will also be responsible for assisting the Manager of Business Insights and Analytic with any additional duties and responsibilities as requested.
Work Schedule:
Schedule will vary and is based on Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE performance schedule. Position will be primarily during nights and weekends.
