Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Guest Services team member in Illinois. You will deliver fast, friendly service at the travel center, operate the cash register, and help keep the dining area clean.

No two days are the same, with opportunities to learn multiple roles within the center and a focus on guest satisfaction. Compensation starts at $15.00–$19.00 per hour, with weekly pay, free meals, fuel discounts, health plan options for full-time staff, paid time off, and family leave.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
