Contra Costa Country Club in California is hiring Guest Services Attendants to join our Member Services team. This outdoor hospitality role focuses on welcoming members and guests, with attention to arrival, departure, and on-course support.

Contra Costa Country Club – Golf Operations

Contra Costa Country Club is hiring Guest Services Attendants to join our Member Services team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hospitality, and want to be part of a professional, team-oriented golf operation.

Guest Services Attendants are responsible for creating a polished, welcoming, and consistent experience for members and guests, particularly during arrival, departure, and on-course support.

Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available (weekends and holidays required)

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests
• Assist with bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning
• Clean, stage, and maintain golf carts to Club standards
• Support starter operations and pace of play as needed
• Assist with rental clubs and practice facility setup
