Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, issue keys, and share information on resort amenities and local attractions. You will process transactions, balance cash, and handle check-out procedures with accuracy.

The role involves guiding guests through reservations, providing room rate quotes, and addressing inquiries quickly and professionally in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges and credits on folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations and provide guests with room rate quotes.
