Elevated Healthcare Hospitality, in partnership with our healthcare agencies, is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the Geisinger Wyoming location. The role involves greeting patients and guests, guiding them through the facility, and assisting with mobility needs.

It requires excellent communication and a customer‑oriented mindset. The position supports overnight hours from 11pm to 7am, with a focus on privacy, accuracy, and teamwork within Guest Services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months customer service experience required.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, family members and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions or escort to locations within the facility.
• Assist patients and guests with wheelchairs or other mobility needs.
• Answer general inquiries and provide information about facility services.
• Maintain a clean and orderly reception area.

Title: Guest Services Associate

Reports To: Guest Services Manager

Department: Guest Services

Summary of Position

The Guest Services Associate responsibilities include greeting everyone as they enter the facility, helping them navigate the facility, and providing general information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients, family members and visitors upon arrival
• Providing directions or escorting individuals to their desired locations within the facility
• Assisting patients and guests with wheelchairs or other mobility needs
• Answering general inquiries and providing information about the facility services
• Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area
• Adhere to all facility policies regarding guest and patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Understand Company’s management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas
• Actively participate in creating a positive work environment, promoting team work
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.
• This position works the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am.

Position Requirements

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Be able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and a motor vehicle record check.
• Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick shift) vehicle.

Hourly rate of pay: $16.00

Education and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Six months customer service experience
