Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide personal recognition.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct inquiries as needed.
• Handle issued bank; count bank at start and end of shift with proper cash handling.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures for handling guest PPI data and check in/out documents.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries and perform other duties as assigned.
