Job summary

Cracker Barrel is hiring a Guest Service and Sales team member to warmly welcome guests, assist with seating, shopping, and checkout, and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

You will be the friendly face guests see when they arrive, helping them find the perfect product and ensuring a smooth visit, whether dining, shopping, or both. Training starts day one, with team-focused support and career growth opportunities.
