Job summary

Knott's Berry Farm is seeking team members to clean and maintain public areas and handle laundry duties in a fast-paced guest-focused environment in Buena Park, CA. You will respond to guest requests, assist in moving items, and ensure a clean, safe work area while following chemical handling procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. A background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Prefer one year of experience in a guest service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Must be able to pass a background check if 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains public areas.
• Removes trash and soiled linens from vacant rooms and carts.
• Assists in moving furniture.
• Quickly responds to guests' requests.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Makes sure that all linen are spot-free and appropriately folded.
• Stocks all linen closets with appropriate linen and supplies.
• Maintains proper levels of chemicals to launder linens.
• Regulate laundry machinery to ensure all machines are continuously running and running at proper timing.
• Adhere to all chemical handling procedures.
• Completes any projects or assignments as assigned.
