Topgolf Entertainment Group in Tampa is hiring Golf Service Associates for hourly roles. You will welcome players, assist with check-in and reservations, and share venue information to ensure the best possible visit.

You’ll handle clubs, maintain a clean, safe environment, and support promotions and guest services with a positive, energetic attitude. We offer flexible day, night, and weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, plus Friday evenings.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and smile-driven service mindset.

Ability to stay composed and energetic in a high-volume environment.
Hospitality or entertainment background is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all information for a great visit.
Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to enhance the guest experience.
Assist with golf clubs and equipment to ensure players have the right gear.
Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting; assist in retail areas and during guest interactions.
Commit to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for all guests.

Physical Requirements

Let’s be real—this isn’t your typical desk job! Here’s what you’ll need to do to thrive in this role: Lift and Move Things: You’ll be lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying is essential. On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift. Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential! Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
