Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Service Team Associate to provide friendly, efficient service, greet guests, take orders, serve food, and process payments at the register while ensuring a clean, welcoming dining area.

This role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to work across front counter, drive-through, or kitchen, and a path to growth into supervisory positions, with Panda Cares community involvement.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team member required.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, take orders, serve food and handle payments at the register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work across Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
