Job summary

Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve our signature menu items, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. You will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering great guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Training is provided, and we offer opportunities to grow within the team. This on-site role includes flexible shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or customer service is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods
