Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Service Team Associate to greet guests, serve food, and process payments in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Training is provided if you have no prior experience, and you’ll join a team that supports community involvement through Panda Cares.

You’ll help keep the store clean, follow safety standards, and rotate among front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen roles to meet daily goals with a positive team. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team member required.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests - Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food.
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions - Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
