Job summary

Aqua Tots Swim Schools is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Wixom, MI. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, selling our swim program to clients while delivering friendly customer service.

Part-time with potential for additional shifts and growth opportunities, with flexible schedules and weekly pay. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of meeting sales goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming work area.

Qualifications

• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday).
• Ability to effectively sell our swim program to clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Customer service.
• Ability to build professional relationships with staff and customers.
• Self-motivated and thrive in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to generate sales that exceed personal sales goals.
• Presentations of our services to overcome objections and close additional sales.
