• Clear communication with guests and other team members is essential.
• Willing to work days, nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Takes corrective action or suggests alternatives when necessary.
• Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Adheres to sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness of bus stand.
• Ensures wait stations remain clean and restocked as needed.
• Performs opening/closing duties and party setup.
• Restocks supplies for shift change or close and resets tables.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages.
