Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) at our Lakeland location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive membership sales. You will greet customers, promote Unlimited Wash Club, and ensure every guest drives away satisfied with a clean car.

The role emphasizes energetic product upselling, teamwork, and reliability to support daily operations and a positive brand experience. Training and growth opportunities are available.
