Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, upsell memberships, and ensure a clean, welcoming site. You’ll interact daily with guests, promote the Unlimited Wash Club, and help resolve routine questions with a positive attitude.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced outdoor work and excel at teamwork. On-site Utah locations offer growth opportunities and ongoing training with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and explain membership programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
