Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Lakeland, FL is seeking a friendly part-time host/ess to welcome guests, clear tables and maintain a clean dining area. You will assist with seating, thank guests, and support the manager with daily duties in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service or food service, a positive attitude, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Flexible schedule - ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.

Responsibilities

• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables for the next guest.
• Sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
• Complete other tasks requested by the manager on duty.
