Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Marlton is seeking friendly Joy Creators to welcome guests, help them order the perfect cake for celebrations, and ensure orders go smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll work in a casual, team-focused bakery with flexible schedules, occasional evenings and weekends, and cake discounts. No need to be 18, and opportunities for advancement exist as you grow with the team. Training is provided and you’ll help build a warm community atmosphere.

• The ideal candidate must be available weekdays (even during the school year), so the position is not a good fit for high school students.
• The ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends), but we are very accommodating with requests, especially for college students.
• This position has the opportunity for advancement with increased pay.
