Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring Joy Creators who bring warmth and a sense of celebration to every guest. You’ll help guests select the perfect cake for their events and ensure orders are processed smoothly, turning a simple bakery visit into a memorable experience.

In this role you’ll foster a friendly, generous environment in the local community, build relationships with customers, and contribute to a casual, team-oriented shop culture with a focus on joy and celebration.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and help them choose the right cake for celebrations.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
• Create a welcoming, joyful atmosphere in the bakery and community events.
• Assist guests with customization and large-order coordination when needed.
