Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service in our quick service restaurant locations. You will handle POS transactions, support guest needs, and help keep a clean, efficient dining area.

Qualifications

• Basic computer/POS knowledge is preferred.
• Previous food service experience is a plus.
• Good verbal communication skills are expected.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
