Job summary

Kalispel Tribe of Indians is hiring KGCC Restaurants for a Guest Server Assistant in Spokane. You will welcome and seat guests, support front-of-house operations, and help ensure a smooth dining experience with friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, keeping the dining area tidy, and collaborating with servers to deliver timely meals. A high school diploma or GED and restaurant experience preferred; 1–3 months experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Seat guests promptly using seating procedures and DineTime knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete assigned side work and duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly to manage restaurant flow.
• Provide menu knowledge and assist with food running when needed.
• Answer phone calls professionally and transfer messages accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate to the Shift Supervisor when appropriate.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain supply levels.
• Participate in team meetings and training; work varied shifts.
