Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Guest Service Associate at our travel center location in Dandridge, TN. You will provide fast, friendly service to guests, manage daily cash transactions, and help prep meals following Subway standards.

Maintain clean, welcoming dining areas and ensure high quality food products for every guest. Role requires strong guest-service skills, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
