Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly, and clean service at our travel center restaurant locations. You will maintain inventory, prep food safely, ensure quality, operate cash registers, and keep the dining area clean while delivering excellent guest service.

Role requires ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Qualifications

• Guest service skills and ability to maintain guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
