Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings quickly and prepare table for resetting, then reset service ware as prescribed.
• Deliver food items from kitchen to guest promptly.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter and replenish as needed.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
