Job summary

Fiddler's Creek, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality team at a premier golf and community setting. You will greet guests, assist with bag handling and club cleaning, and educate players while maintaining accurate rental records.

This fast-paced role also involves assisting with food and beverage activities and safe work practices. The ideal candidate has at least one month of related experience or training and demonstrates regular, reliable

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleaning and maintaining golf car fleet
• Performs other duties as required.
