The University Club of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant for a seasonal position lasting up to six months. You will provide courteous service to members and guests, help with bag handling, club cleaning, and basic golf-related assistance.

Responsibilities include educating players, directing start of play when needed, maintaining club rental records, assisting with food and beverage activities, and upholding safe work practices.

University Club of Kentucky, located in Lexington, KY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$8.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
