Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to greet customers, answer questions and promote services in our busy shop. Expect standing for long periods in varied temperatures while keeping the lobby welcoming and tidy.

The role emphasizes friendliness and relationship building with customers, and accurately handling programs and offers. Physical stamina is essential, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk stairs and remain mobile for long hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs to the waist, 25 lbs to the chest, and 15 lbs above the head.

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phone.
• Promote special offers or programs.
• Stock lobby merchandise and refreshments and keep all customer areas clean.
• Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures.
• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by management.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines.
