Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate at our Zephyr Cove resort to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration to checkout, and share information about the resort and local attractions.

You will provide room rate quotes, reserve and confirm reservations, and help guests make the most of their stay. Strong English communication, professional appearance, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to balance cash receipts and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following standard procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money-handling responsibilities.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations and provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and thoroughly.
