Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Team Associate to deliver friendly service, greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a clean dining area. You may work at front counter, drive-thru or in the kitchen, depending on need.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide exceptional service; take orders and handle payments at the register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow operations standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh, quality food.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and across roles (Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen).
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
