Global Partners LP in Connecticut (Sharon) is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, deliver a positive shopping experience, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, stocking, cleaning, and assisting with vendor check-ins, with flexible day, night, weekend and holiday shifts; must have reliable transportation and basic computer skills.

• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.

• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.

Pay

Pay Range: $16.94 - $19.94 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
