Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, manage POS transactions, handle cash and lottery, and ensure product replenishment and housekeeping duties are performed daily.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends or holidays, and dependable transportation. Training and onboarding support are provided plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside or in coolers.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area and register.
• Count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Job Description:

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.

N/A Pay Range: $16.05 - $19.26 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
