Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Vermont to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, perform POS transactions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure products stay stocked while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, outdoors or in coolers.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Access all store areas including selling floor and stock area.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.

Pay Range:

$15.43 - $18.64

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
