Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences at our Plymouth, MA store. You will handle POS transactions, maintain cash and lottery levels, perform housekeeping, and ensure in-stock conditions while following safety and store policies.

You will support the team with onboarding and training for new hires, adapt to flexible hours, and work in varied temperatures. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and reliable, efficient store operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.

• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.

Pay Range$17.17 - $20.61

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
