Ballast Wax European Wax Center in Naperville, IL is seeking a Guest Service Associate. You will greet guests, educate them on services, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment. The role blends customer service with sales and active participation in achieving center goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You're not just answering phones. You're setting the tone for every guest who walks through our doors.

As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you are the face of the brand. You're the first impression, the warm welcome, and the reason guests come back. You'll educate guests on our services and products, keep the front desk running smoothly, and help build a center culture that people genuinely love being part of.

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation

• Competitive hourly base rate starting at $16
• Performance commissions and bonuses - adding $3–$7 to your effective hourly rate

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest Experience

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals
• Actively contribute to center-wide performance targets

Team Collaboration & Operations

• Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks
• Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
