Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver first‑class waxing experiences and expert product guidance in a fast‑growing beauty environment.

You’ll be trained with comprehensive tools and rewarded with competitive pay and performance incentives. In this role you will assess guest needs, share features of products and Wax Pass benefits, and work toward daily, monthly, and annual sales targets while delivering extraordinary guest service and a positive brand

Qualifications

• Candidates with a strong understanding of the sales process and a customer‑centric approach.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required, with an emphasis on product knowledge and upselling.
• Open and close responsibilities require reliability and a key holder mindset.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends with a positive, professional demeanor.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
