Being knowledgeable on all aspects of EWC including our retail line.Upholds Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times. Addresses guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.Maintain an organized and inviting front desk & lobby area, upholding the brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay on top of brand knowledge and sales techniques.Work EnvironmentMust be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.Must be able to adapt to changes in activity frequently as the business requires.Most work performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled.Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are required.
