Busch’s is hiring a team member in Michigan to support guests in a fast-paced supermarket environment. The starting wage is up to $14.50 per hour with experience, and the family-owned Busch’s offers benefits including a 401K with company match and daily pay options.

Responsabilidades

• Bag guest groceries following Busch’s bagging procedures and guest requests.
• Determine carry out or drive up needs and assist guests to their vehicles.
• Assist guests with questions, purchases and locating products.
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot.
• Maintain bottle return area.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash.
• Respond to and clean up spills and broken merchandise.
• Return items left behind to their location.
• Stock bags on lanes.
• Miscellaneous cleaning functions as assigned.
• Adhere to Busch’s policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
• Exemplify hospitality when interacting with guests.
