Busch’s is hiring at its Brighton location. The position offers opportunities in a family-owned Michigan team focused on hospitality and service. You’ll assist guests, bag groceries, and help with everyday store operations in a retail environment.

No formal education or previous experience is required, and candidates should have strong communication and cleaning abilities. Benefits include 401K with company match and Daily Pay availability to support immediate pay needs.

Responsabilidades

• Bag guest groceries following Busch’s bagging procedures and guest requests.
• Determine carry out or drive up needs and assist guests taking purchases to vehicles.
• Assist guests with questions, purchases and locating products.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot.
• Maintain bottle return area.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash.
• Respond to and clean up spills and broken merchandise.
• Return items left behind to their proper location.
• Stock bags on lanes.
• Miscellaneous cleaning functions as assigned.
• Adhere to all Busch’s policies, practices and procedures.
• Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
