Job Opportunity: Guest Service Agent at Tempo New York Times Square

The Tempo New York Times Square (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/nyctepo-tempo-new-york-times-square/) is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team.

This property features 661 rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the city and Times Square lights. The sky lobby on the 11th floor includes communal workspaces, a fitness center, and hydration station.

Ideal Candidate: Experience with OnQ, full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and experience at a similar-sized property.

Shift Pattern: Full availability required

Pay Range: $31.97 - $42.62 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, and providing welcome packets.
  • Assist guests with check-out, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, and foreign currency exchange.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel offerings, local area, and answer guest inquiries.
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions.
  • Receive, relay, and manage guest messages.
