Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Guest Service team member in Columbus. This role greets guests, takes and fills orders, and ensures service standards are met with courtesy and efficiency.
Key duties include processing payments, handling cash securely, and resolving customer concerns promptly. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience, with basic computer skills and a proactive, friendly attitude.
The Guest Service position is critical on our team. They are responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently while adhering to the procedures in the Service Section of the Church’s Operating Standards Manual (the “OSM”). It is critical they accomplish tasks in a timely, clean and friendly manner.
