Job summary

The Logan Hotel is seeking a part-time security professional to patrol the property, respond to incidents, and safeguard guests and assets. You will document events, assist during emergencies, and enforce hotel policies to maintain a secure environment.

Ideal candidates will have two years of loss prevention experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions
• Ability to operate a portable radio and respond quickly
• Attention to detail in documenting incidents and logs

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property regularly, including exterior parking lots.
• Respond to guest complaints and investigate with urgency.
• Identify and escalate unusual situations, safety violations, theft, or suspicious persons.
• Record concise security reports in daily logs and document losses or injuries.
• Follow disaster and emergency policies; alert authorities and provide first aid as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and maintain detailed records.
• Enforce property policies, including the No Solicitation policy.
