Job summary

The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You will also maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces within the hotel and address guest queries and complaints within scope.

Responsibilities include bed making, replenishing supplies, cleaning multiple areas, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, waste disposal, linen handling, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Make beds in guest rooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators and other areas.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets and upholstery; dust furniture.
• Polish metal fixtures; wash walls, ceilings and windows.
• Empty trash and manage linen handling.
• Replace light bulbs and restock cleaning carts.
• Report maintenance issues and update room status.
