Job summary

Moxy Charlotte, a chic brand opening soon, is seeking a Houseman to support our housekeeping team and keep guest suites and public areas spotless.

You will remove trash, maintain hallways, report issues, operate cleaning equipment, and uphold brand standards with a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), strong English communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Clear and professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest suites.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Report all missing items from rooms to Executive Housekeeper.
• Correct minor room deficiencies.
• Must be able to operate two-way radios, telephones and housekeeping equipment.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming per dress code.
• Communicate with other hotel staff to accommodate special guest requests.
